A letter from our founder

I started LKMethod because the reseller model was failing the customer.

For years, I watched organizations in healthcare, banking, and government sign contracts with big VARs, and then get handed off to whichever subcontractor was available that quarter. The engineer who scoped the project wasn’t the one who built it. And when something broke in production, nobody owned the answer.

So we built something different. Every engagement is staffed by LKMethod engineers, people we’ve trained, certified, and stood behind for years. The architect who designs your environment is accountable for it in production.

If your environment has to be secure, has to perform, and has to hold up under an audit, we’d like to show you what 30 years of doing this right looks like.

What we believe

Six principles that shape every engagement

This is how we work, whether it’s your first call or your third year with us.

01

We own the outcome

Not the deliverables. Not the ticket queue. The outcome. If your users aren’t productive and your auditors aren’t satisfied, the work isn’t done.

02

Security is the floor, not the feature

Zero Trust, hardened identity, network segmentation, and least-privilege access aren’t upgrades we upsell, they’re how we build, every time.

03

If it takes months, we shouldn’t be doing it

Traditional resellers measure projects in quarters. We measure them in weeks. That’s the difference a single in-house team makes.

04

The right answer sometimes isn’t ours

If your workload belongs on Azure instead of Citrix, we’ll tell you. Honest advice is the only kind worth paying for.

05

Your engineers are our engineers

We integrate with your team. We document everything. We hand off cleanly when you want to run it yourselves, and stay close when you don’t.

06

Reputation is earned in production

Anyone can sell a migration. Very few can keep the environment stable, secure, and cost-predictable three years later.

How we work with you

A straightforward, four-step engagement

We’re part of your journey from the first conversation through go-live, and long after.

1

Discover

We read the environment before we recommend anything.

2

Design

Mapped to your business, not to a vendor catalog.

3

Deliver

In-house engineers. Six weeks, not six months.

4

Stand beside you

Go-live is the beginning, not the end.

Our community commitment

Doing right by our people, our partners, and our community

The same principles that guide our engagements guide how we show up beyond them, investing in the people and communities we work alongside.

Growing the next generation

We train, certify, and stand behind our engineers for years, building lasting careers instead of staffing projects with whoever’s available that quarter.

Supporting local causes

From our Scottsdale headquarters to to across the nation, we invest time and support in the communities where our team lives and works.

Raising the security bar

We share what we know, helping the regulated organizations we serve, and the wider community, build environments that are secure by default.

Let us show you what 30 years of doing this right looks like

If your environment has to be secure, has to perform, and has to hold up under an audit, let’s talk. A senior architect, no sales pitch.
