Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client shall be and remain liable for the full performance of all of its obligations hereunder and pursuant to the applicable Quote.

Should Client terminate before the end of any Product or Service Term (as defined in the applicable Quote) if applicable, Client is responsible for the early termination fee as set forth on the applicable Quote as well as any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions applicable to Client upon termination of the same. The provisions of this Section shall survive the termination of the Agreement.
